ZE Protege - Day 11 overtime

wow, so busy i couldn't even find time to update my progress.

broke some semi-important stuff like fan relays but the car is running. sounds insane through open headers, and even better, actually running.

the mx3 brakes are a little bit bigger.

should be able to finish it up over the weekend, i'm really wasted from sleep loss. :)

ZE Protege - Day 6

exhaust junk showed up.



motor's swinging around getting timing belt and junk.



lol @ steering. cut out the seal and welded up the fittings. vintage racing style ftw.





the engine bay is pretty good just a few more things, subframe is in with the modded rack.

ZE Protege - Day 4

Had very little time to do anything at all, but managed to cut up and fabricate some rad mounts for the MX3 rad. rad.

ZE Protege - Day 3

Minor setback yesterday that kept me away from the car all afternoon. subframe is ready to go in though, and the next step is fitting the MX3 rad in.

ZE Protege - DAY 1

Motor checks out. KL31-1A1 KLZE.


4-banger is GONE along with the entire harness, dash harness, pedals, shifter, everything. A quick blast of PB + super clean and this mouth is ready to accept it's quad cam aluminum snack.
